"A year ago I was introduced to Paul. Physically and emotionally I was a mess. With the care, gentle intro to yoga Paul has changed my life. I have grown to love my body and I totally amazed at what my body can do. Emotionally I am calmer and have a more positive attitude to life. Paul has taught me to see the wonders of this world and enjoy what each day has to offer. I will be forever grateful to have met Paul. I look forward to my classes in this peaceful and beautiful environment. Thank you Paul"
