Our breath is the carrier of energy, the secret link between mind and body. 
Pranic Breathing has it's roots in Chinese Gi Gong and employs some of these techniques.
An intentional breathing session should be practiced daily no matter what level we are at.

​ Advanced Pranic Breathing employs deep visualization, relaxation and meditation techniques.
Pranayama is the art of Indian Style Yoga Breathing. This practice has similar aims and benefits to Pranic Breathing.

All breath practice forms a basic foundation element in our yoga practice and gradually informs all we do, from relaxation and contemplation to meditation, visualization and asana.
