CONTEMPLATION


Contemplation is a state of mind where we relax but gently manage our thought processes to stay away from any of the habitual patterns we all so commonly fall into. In this gentle, comfortable space we, in a manner of speaking, leave a door is somehow open to receive impressions and insights about whatever issues we are wanting clarity on.

The practice of Contemplation goes hand in hand with that of Meditation. Both are needed for true spiritual growth to come.
