Pranic Breathing is a specific synthesis of elements of Chinese Qi Gong and Indian Style Yogic Pranayama.
Regular practice develops a more conscious awareness between the mind, body and intentions.
Our intrinsic energy (Prana) is developed, the nervous system is calmed via the meditative qualities and our imaginative and visualization faculty also benefit.
We should be aiming to practice at least once a day from 10 - 20 minutes at a time. Setting aside a dedicated place and time is helpful for consistency and establishing a solid foundation.
